I'd like to hear from you! Please share with us an example of how a discussion in your class enhanced student learning, ideas on how to teach your students to talk productively, and any questions or concerns you may have about facilitating discussions. I would also like some suggessions on how to improve our time together during staff meetings so that it is more meaningful for you. Remember: Try the talk moves of Teacher Revoicing and Wait Time with your class. Let us know how it goes! I'm open to any suggestions!

Guided Reading Basics

We are going to try using the blog to communicate for our PLC groups. After our meetings, we will use this to add ideas, ask questions, or offer comments. Our first meeting is next Tuesday. I can't wait to see everyone there!!
